Addiction Recovery

The substance abuse fund primarily supports Teen Challenge Men’s and Women’s centers in remote countries with 12-month programs designed to remove addiction through a new relationship with Christ, help restore family relationships and provide skills training for re-entering independent living. In addition, these residents work at income generating activities such as farming, piggeries, chicken and egg farming to develop their skills and a sense of worth as they come out of addiction and prepare for re-entry into the community.
