Internet access isn’t always a given, even in Europe, so partners in Albania are working to make sure that everyone has the correct information but also stays encouraged.

Since the first case of COVID-19 was reported in Albania, the government has taken very strict measures to contain the disease and protect people. This situation caught us all unprepared; but for Roma communities, more than anyone, this lockdown is like the end of the world.

Of course, the hot topic on most everyone's mind at this time is COVID-19. That is no different here in India. Most of the country was waiting anxiously to hear what decision the Prime Minister would make about the deadline for the "curfew" imposed earlier.

Life on this Caribbean island has become anything but paradise since the coronavirus lockdowns began, but locals are bringing heaven to earth as they care for one another.

Since March 24th, the Cuban government has shut down all tourism, hotels, schools and local transportation services in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19. Borders have also been shut down, cutting off major sources of supplies and the ability for many to find work.
