Gary Wilkerson is an author, public speaker, and the president of World Challenge Inc., an international ministry founded by his father, David Wilkerson. With a heart for the most vulnerable, he leads World Challenge’s mission to care for orphans and widows in some of the world’s most impoverished, war-torn, persecuted, and unreached regions.

Over the course of his 50 years of ministry, Gary has traveled extensively, planting churches, speaking at evangelistic and church leadership conferences for more than 150,000 pastors in 70 countries, and missions work amongst the poorest of the poor. As the leader of World Challenge, he serves as the chief advocate for its vision: to see 250,000 orphans and widows loved, restored, and introduced to the hope of Jesus.

Gary and his wife, Kelly, make their home in Colorado Springs. Together they enjoy their wonderful family that includes four children and twelve grandchildren.
