Dios quiere cambiar nuestra forma de pensar e impactar nuestras vidas para el futuro. Cuando pasamos por tiempos de sufrimiento, es el deseo de Dios traernos a un lugar de total dependencia en Sus promesas. Mientras rendimos nuestra vida en Sus manos y decimos Señor confío en que serás fiel a mi y nos colocamos para responder en defensa del evangelio, entonces las mismas aflicciones se convertirán en un mensaje de la fidelidad de Cristo. Cuando tu pasas por sufrimientos, ¿tu reacción predica quien Cristo realmente es?

God wants to change our thinking and impact our lives for the future. When we go through seasons of suffering, it is God’s desire to bring us to a place of total dependency on His promises. As we surrender our life into His hands and say Lord I trust you to be faithful to me and set ourselves to respond in defense of the gospel, then the very afflictions will become a message of Christ’s faithfulness. When you go through sufferings is your reaction preaching who Christ really is?

The last day out pouring will be a one on one ministry of the Holy Spirit. When the enemy comes to attack the body of Christ with weariness and the lie that we have been rejected and have lost effectiveness, The Holy Spirit will stir up those who are able to bring comforting words of encouragement to refresh one another. God doesn’t send an angel; He uses those who have learned to come through tribulations and trials with exceeding joy to encourage and refresh others as they go through their trials.

There are times in our life when the Cross of Christ seems to loom larger in our life and we recognize that we are in deep darkness passing through the valley of the shadow of death. It is in this valley we must determine above all to trust God as our shepherd and refuse to be utterly given over to fear. When we are certain that as our shepherd the Lord is with us we can replace this fear with the truth of that is promised us in Psalm 23, even though we walk through the valley of the shadow of death the Lord God Almighty is with us.

The religion of Bethsaida opens our eyes to the miracles of Jesus but only in measure. This religion sees the body of Christ as something that can personally profit them. There are many who pursue Jesus today but their pursuits are for the wrong reasons. The pursuit of this religion is for power and fame and lust. The miraculous power of God comes upon us to be filled with compassion and to reach out to a poor and needy society and gives us eyes to see people as Jesus does.
