We as humans can forget what Jesus did for us on the cross. But God is not like us and he will never forget what His Son did for us. He will cry out to us and remind us that His Son is all sufficient. God will come and preach to our heart when the preaching of the preacher can't do it for us. God will come and excalim that He is the Great I AM.

When we go through storms we have God's promises that assures us we will get to the other side empowered by His presence in our lives. But what about the unsaved that are going through the same storms and trials that we face without Christ in their boat? God is calling His church to be a voice of power and encouragement to the "other little ships" that are struggling through life without Jesus in their boat. Will we take our eyes off self and be a voice to the unsaved that will bring a word of deliverance?

When we allow envy and jealousy to lodge in our heart we are apt to monitor the sins of others while we justify ourselves. The Bible says every man will answer for their own actions. We must bear one another’s burdens, not thinking too highly of ourselves and so fulfill the law of Christ. Fulfilling the law of Christ is loving God and our neighbors as ourselves.

The only way to keep our children from this evil generation is to hide them in God through earnest prayer. Faith and prayer is the antidote to fear. We don’t own are children; they belong to God. As we by faith place them in His hands He will provide, protect and empower them.

On the night before Jesus was crucified, He took bread and broke it in a spirit of thanksgiving. God calls us into communion with Him through the brokeness of our lives so we may offer Him the sacrafice of praise and thanksgiving. When we begin to commune with God, He will bless us and break us so we can be descerning of His body and live in peace and harmony with one another.

There is only one reason why God would leave us on Earth after we are saved and that is to light the candle of His passion to burn within us so we can reflect the very love of Jesus. The work of God is to save the lost and we are the candle of Jesus's love

When we have outlived our youthfulness we begin to ask ourselves if we outlived our usefulness. When we lose our independence there is loneliness and discouragement that sets into the heart as we begin to grow old. God does not forget us when we are old. He promises never to leave us or forsake us even in our old age.
